You can generate creatives for your ad campaign straight from your catalog.
OR follow the steps below.
Select Library at the top of the screen.
Make sure you are in the Group that you would like to create DPA templates for.
Select Create to connect a new catalog. We showed you how to do that here.
You can also see all catalogs created within this Group. You can edit them at any time.
Select a Catalog.
Choose which product set you would like to make templates for.
You should have already created product sets.
If you haven't, not to worry. It's only useful at this stage if you want to segment your templates by brand, color, custom, etc.
Create a template for a Carousel Ad or Single Image Ad.
You have now entered the Hunch Studio. Here you can design and test creatives before saving them as templates to later be used when you create a campaign.
A product from your catalog will appear on screen.
You can scroll through items by using the arrows at the bottom of the screen.
You can use the actions on the left side of the screen to either add text, shapes, images, stickers or predefined designs to your template.
On the right side, you can
- customize items on the canvas
- place items into the foreground or background by adjusting the layers.
- Create conditional layers.
Conditional layers can be added to your canvas to show dynamic features such as "sale price" that appear on your ad when the product is in fact on sale.
You can add either Static or Dynamic text to your ad.
The value of the dynamic text will change from product to product.
For example, the price will change as you click through your feed.
Static text such as Summer Sale will not change.
We recommend that you use both single and carousel ads for prospecting and re-targeting.
Select “Save and Exit” at the bottom of the screen to save your work before exiting the Hunch Studio.
Once you have returned to the Catalog page, select “Save” in the top right corner of the page.
In order to create a campaign select “Manage” at the top of the page.
