Hunch Dynamic Product Journeys

Hunch Dynamic Journeys allow you to create advanced retargeting windows and paths for your users depending on their engagement on the site.


Hunch Dynamic Journeys are created to be used sequentially as each audience automatically excludes the one from the previous step.

We have divided the audiences into three chapters:

  • Ready to buy - Chapter 1
  • Looking to purchase - Chapter 2
  • In the market - Chapter 3

Ready to buy - Chapter 1

This journey chapter targets users who are most likely to make a purchase. Ready to Buy will reach visitors who have recently engaged with a specific product. 

The dynamic audience targets site visitors who have viewed a specific product in the last 3 days or added one to the cart in the last 7 days.

By default it will exclude people who have made a purchase in the last 30 days.

Looking to purchase - Chapter 2

Site visitors who have engaged with the site a little further back will be targeted by Looking to purchase dynamic audience chapter. You can use this chapter to broaden the offer with the same brand as with Chapter 1, or use Hunch Custom Product Sets to target these visitors.

This dynamic audience targets site visitors who have viewed a specific product in the last 14 days or added one to the cart in the last 21 days.

By default it will exclude people who have made a purchase in the last 30 days, as well as the people from Chapter 1 of the journey.

In the market - Chapter 3

To reach and re-engage visitors most distant in the past, who have viewed the product over two weeks ago, you can use In the market Journey Chapter. We suggest creating a lifestyle product set, promoting a wide offer or re-engaging with active promotions.

This dynamic audience targets site visitors who have viewed a specific product or added it to cart between two and four weeks ago.

By default it will exclude people who have made a purchase in the last 30 days, as well as the people from Chapter 1 and 2 of the journey.
