Here you can get into the specifics for each campaign, and sort them according to your clients.
Campaign Settings is where you can set default values for your campaigns on this account. Apart from setting a default Facebook and Instagram account through which the campaign will run, a default Catalog and the Pixel can be selected, as well as the
Locations you are usually targeting, and your website URL.
What is really helpful is the Name patterns you can set that will automatically be added upon Campaign, AdSet, and Ad creation.
This feature is a huge time-saver and a keeper of your naming convention.
It is extremely good practice of prefixing your Campaign names with a brand name is used, followed by the campaign objective and creation month.
So, in the Campaign Settings, you can manage every aspect of your campaigns, from Catalogs, Pixels to Locations, Website URL, and so on.
Now you have gone through the process of setting up your default Campaign Settings. This is extremely important because once you set that up, Hunch is automatically going to bring up those default campaign settings. The idea is not to go through the same process again.
Of course, these campaign settings are not set in stone. Once you bring up your default settings, they can be re-tweaked, renamed any time, depending on how you want to run new campaigns. For instance, you can create different objectives every time and launch campaigns based on:
- Brand awareness
- ... and so on.
