Summary

Control the time range for your campaign performance metrics to analyze different periods of activity. This article shows you how to adjust the date range for metrics display, compare different time periods, and understand how date selection affects your data visualization.

How It Works

The metric data period selector allows you to view campaign performance over different time ranges. When you change the period, all metrics in the table update to reflect data from your selected timeframe. This includes impressions, clicks, conversions, spend, and all calculated metrics like CTR and ROAS.

Before You Begin

  • Historical data is available from January 1, 2025 onward — no earlier data is accessible

  • Some metrics may have attribution windows that extend beyond the selected period

  • Very recent data (last 2–4 hours) may still be processing

Step-by-Step Instructions

To change the metric period:

  1. Locate the Date Range selector in the top toolbar

  2. Click on the current date range to open the selector

  3. Choose from preset options:

    • Today – Current day's data only

    • Yesterday – Previous full day

    • Last 7 Days – Rolling week including today

    • Last 14 Days – Two weeks of data

    • Last 30 Days – Rolling month

    • This Month – Current calendar month to date

    • Last Month – Previous full calendar month

    • Custom Range – Select specific start and end dates

For custom ranges:

  1. Click Custom Range

  2. Select your start and end date from the calendar

  3. Click Apply

  4. Wait for metrics to refresh

Use Cases or Common Problems

  • Weekend vs. weekday performance: Use custom ranges to compare weekday and weekend behavior.

  • Immediate campaign impact: Use short ranges like "Today" or "Last 7 Days" to view changes after campaign edits.
