To add product-level videos (CPVs) to your catalog ads, start by selecting the products you wish to promote. If you're unsure of how many products you can add videos to, please contact your Customer Success (CS) team for assistance.
Next, choose a video template for your ads.
To do this, navigate to the CPV Package section within your catalog.
Here, you'll find options for Item Selection (Video Set) and Template Selection.
Item Selection (Video Set)
This process is similar to creating a product set.
A video set cannot be used directly to promote items. If you wish to promote items, you'll need to create a product set using the same filters.
Template Selection
Below the item selection, you can choose the video template you'd like to use. When selecting a template it must contain three artboards: Square, Portrait, and Story. The template can be customised and edited as needed.
Once you've made your selections, save your changes.
Platform catalogs
To make sure your image templates are running with CPV as well you can connect them below. On the modal "Select template" you can select which of the published templates should include CPVs during advertising.
Enriched feeds
To fully utilise the PLV package, ensure that the package is included in your enriched feed, either during the initial creation or by editing an existing enriched feed.
