To add product-level videos (PLVs) to your catalog ads, start by selecting the products you wish to promote. If you're unsure of how many products you can add videos to, please contact your Customer Success (CS) team for assistance.
Next, choose a video template for your ads.
To do this, navigate to the PLV Package section within your catalog.
Here, you'll find options for Item Selection (Video Set) and Template Selection.
Item Selection (Video Set)
This process is similar to creating a product set, but with two key differences:
A video set cannot be used directly to promote items. If you wish to promote items, you'll need to create a product set using the same filters.
A video set cannot be edited after creation.
Template Selection
Below the item selection, you can choose the video template you'd like to use. When selecting a template it must contain three artboards: Square, Portrait, and Story. The template can be customized and edited as needed.
Once you've made your selections, save your changes.
To fully utilize the PLV package, ensure that the package is included in your catalog, either during the initial creation or by editing an existing Meta catalog.
This feature is available for the Meta platform and enriched catalogs.
