What Are Enriched Feeds?
Enriched feeds are catalog data sources that include Hunch-generated templates, allowing users to create catalogs within native platform catalog management systems for Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest, and TikTok.
To use an enriched feed, users must first prepare a compatible template in Hunch, publish it, and then create the enriched feed. Once processed, the feed link can be copied and pasted into the native platform’s catalog system, enabling campaign setup with Hunch-prepared creatives.
1. Preparing Compatible Templates
Before creating an enriched feed, users must ensure that their templates align with the platform's ad specifications and that template is published. Each platform has template specific requirements:
Platform | Image Requirements | Video Requirements |
Meta | Square (required), Story (optional for Adapt to Placement) | Square, Portrait, and Story (optional, from CPV package) |
Snapchat | Story (required) | ❌ Not supported |
Square (required) | ❌ Not supported | |
TikTok | Square (required) | Story (optional, from CPV package) |

Each enriched feed supports a single image template per feed, it can optionally include a CPV package if supported by platform.

2. Creating an Enriched Feed
Creating an enriched feed involves two steps:
Feed Setup – Enter a feed name and select a platform. This ensures the source file is formatted according to the platform’s requirements.
Template Assignment – Assign a published template to the feed. If using Meta or TikTok, users can also include a CPV package (pre-prepared video content).
Once created, the enriched feed begins processing. When the status updates to "Up to Date", the feed link is available for use.
3. Using Enriched Feeds
Once processed, users can:
Copy the feed link from the Enriched Feeds list.
Paste it into the native platform’s catalog management system to complete the setup.
Ensure sync schedules are correctly configured so the feed remains updated with the latest creative assets.
4. Managing Enriched Feeds
On the Enriched Feeds page, you can check the sync status of enriched feeds, view which image templates are assigned, and see whether the CPV package is included.
You can also:
Edit a feed: Swap image templates and toggle the "Include CPV package" option on or off, allowing for video templates while maintaining a single image template.
Rename a feed for better organisation.
Delete a feed if it's no longer needed.
5. Common Issues & Best Practices
Issue | Solution |
Feed not updating on the native platform | Ensure the sync schedule in Hunch is set before the native platform’s schedule to avoid outdated content. |
CPV package option not available | CPV packages can only be included for Meta and TikTok feeds. Ensure the CPV package is prepared beforehand. 🔗 Learn more about CPV packages |
Can’t launch campaigns in Hunch | Enriched feeds are only used for external catalogs. Only Meta campaigns can be launched through Hunch if Meta is authorized. |
Feed status outdated | Check the sync status before copying the feed link to avoid using outdated content. |
Template already used for the same platform | If an enriched feed for the same platform already exists with the selected template, reuse the same feed link instead of creating a duplicate. |
