The Sync Logs in Hunch provide a detailed breakdown of the sync process, helping users troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth integration with supported platforms.
You can access it from Input section under Sync Log. There are three main segments in the logs: Data Sources, Templates and Platforms.
It will display warnings or errors depending so you can always keep your catalog Health in the highest order.

1. Data Sources

In this segment, the Hunch platform checks input data for issues before processing. This validation step helps detect errors early on, preventing them from ending up on your output platforms. If an error is detected, the log will inform you what poses the problem and you can use rules to solve them.

Examples of errors detected in this segment could include missing required fields, incorrect field formats, or unsupported values.

2. Templates

The Rendering Information segment provides feedback on the background removal process and the video rendering process. While this feedback may not always provide insightful, it’s useful for confirming that the rendering phase was completed. Hunch Customer Success team will be more than happy to find the resolution.

3. Platforms

In the Platform Output segment, you’ll find the information returned by Meta and the status on other enriched catalogs for other platforms. This includes final validations that the platform performs before accepting the sync.

For Meta, the output may detail issues like non-compliant content, unsupported formats, or account-specific restrictions.
For some warnings, Meta may return multiple warnings on the same field or item.

For more information on how to resolve these problems please read on Catalog Rules in Hunch. here↗
