How It Works

Inline editing lets you modify campaign values directly in the table cells without opening separate edit dialogs or navigating away from your current view. Click on editable fields to activate edit mode, make changes, and save them instantly. The system validates your input in real time and shows which fields have been modified before you commit the changes.

Changes to draft campaigns save immediately. Changes to published campaigns are applied automatically after edits and show a publishing indicator.

Before You Begin

  • Not all fields are editable inline. Look for edit icons or hover effects

  • Changes to published campaigns are published automatically after edits

  • Some fields have validation rules or acceptable value ranges

Step-by-Step Instructions

To edit a single field:

  1. Locate the field you want to edit in the table

  2. Look for a pencil icon

  3. Click directly on the value to enter edit mode

  4. Type your new value

  5. Press Enter to save or Esc to cancel

To edit campaign names:

  1. Click on the campaign name

  2. Modify the text as needed

  3. Press Enter to save

To adjust budgets inline:

  1. Click on the Budget column value

  2. Enter the new amount

  3. Press Enter to confirm

To change status quickly:

  1. Click the Status toggle or dropdown
