What is Product Insights?
Product Insights is a new analytics section that shows product-level performance data for your DPA campaigns. It reveals how individual products and product groups perform - insights that Meta Ads Manager doesn't provide - with Google Analytics integration for complete context.
Who can use Product Insights?
Product Insights is available for ecommerce DPA catalog users with active Hunch catalogs and Meta campaigns launched through Hunch. It launches as a phased rollout with plans to expand to other verticals later.
Where can I find Product Insights?
Product Insights will appear as a new tab in the top navigation for eligible accounts with DPA campaigns and catalog activity.
What data does Product Insights show?
You'll see individual product metrics like impressions, clicks, conversions, and spend broken down by product. You can analyze products individually or group them by brands or product types, plus get Google Analytics data integration.
How is this different from Meta Ads Manager?
Meta shows campaign and ad set performance but doesn't break down how individual products perform. Product Insights fills this gap by showing product-level metrics, helping you identify which specific products drive results and which need attention.
Can I create custom reports?
Yes, you can filter by campaign, catalog fields, or metrics, change columns and date ranges, sort data, and save these configurations as report presets for regular monitoring.
What actions can I take from the insights?
Based on your analysis, you can create product sets from high-performing products, or include/exclude products from existing sets to optimize your campaign targeting.
