How can I send a design request?
Go to Library
Go to Design Requests section
Click on the Create button
Follow the instructions in the wizard
How to fill in a request?
Set the deadline. The deadline cannot be set in less than 3 working days. You can also check "No Deadline" option if you do not have a specific date.
You have to choose the supervisors for this process. It can be one person or more people, but this is who owns this process on your side - gets the emails, reviews and approves the work and gets the notifications.
When asked for a design team, select Teammates so you want to send a design request to your internal design team and this way require a resulting template that you can use in a campaign.
By selecting Hunch design team, you opt in for a premium service.
In case you selected Teammates option, you will be offered to select specific people that will be on the designer side
You have to choose the type of service and the output.
Select the kind of template that you want (image, video). If you want a slideshow, that counts as a video template.
Assemble a brief in writing. You also have option to upload files and attach links.

Upload files, but consider the limitations:
Any file that you wish to upload directly cannot be larger than 20 MB.

To make the template dynamic we will need the data. You can attach existing catalog, link a feed, or just agree on this later in the process in case you need help.
Choose the channels that you want to prepare the creatives for, and the problem that you are trying to solve.
Once a Design Request has been submitted, a member of the Hunch design team will review it and contact you if they have any questions or need additional information.
When the design is ready, you will receive an email notification with a link to view the design. You can then review the design and either approve it or request revisions.
If you request revisions, the Hunch design team will make the necessary changes and send you a new version to review. This process can be repeated until you are satisfied with the design.
Once you approve a design, it will be finalized and no further changes can be made. Be sure to carefully review the design before giving your final approval.
FAQ
Can I delete my request?
Your request can be deleted anytime before Hunch design team makes the first change and edit. After this point, the delete option will not be available and you will only be able to approve the proposition.
⚠️ The approval of the design request is not reversible.
What are the file limitations?

What are Supervisors?
Supervisors are the members of your team that will:
get notified about any changes
leave comments
approve the final solution.
What are Design Team Members?
Design Team Members is a group consisting of a designer, or a group of designers, that you can select and that will be able to:
edit design
get notified about supervisors' feedback
leave comments.
What is Service Type?
There are two service types:
Static creative into Dynamic Template
Choose this in case you want to adapt an existing design.Idea into Dynamic Template
Choose this if you need a complete design solution.
Output format: Image or Video?
You can select if this will result in a video or an image template. If you choose both, the request will result in two templates.
If you want a slideshow, it counts as a video.
How to leave a Brief?
Your brief needs a text with a guidance - long or short.
In addition, you can also attach files, or leave links to the reference files and websites.
In case you cannot upload a file due to its size, our recommendation is to upload it to any kind of a hosting service, then leave the link here.

Collaboration
After the Design Request is submitted, the collaboration between the supervisors and the design team is opened. Now, both sides can leave comments and send a "Request for Review" or a "Request for Design" from inside the studio.
