Hunch Light help center overview

Start here: how Hunch Light billing, plans, catalogs, templates and ads work.

Written by Igor Simovic

These articles explain how Hunch Light pricing works, what happens when your plan changes, and how to get your templates into ads.

Billing and plans

  1. How Hunch Light pricing works: plans, add-ons, item-count brackets, and billing in advance.

  2. Before you subscribe: what you can do for free: connecting Meta, creating catalogs, and what unlocks when you choose a plan.

  3. How upgrades work: automatic bracket upgrades, prorated charges, and switching from Enriched Feeds to Template Collections.

  4. How downgrades work: automatic bracket downgrades, reducing enriched feeds, and switching from Template Collections to Enriched Feeds.

  5. Turning off add-ons: what happens when you disable Product Insights or CPV.

  6. Cancelling your subscription: what keeps working, what stops, and what happens to your catalogs.

  7. Failed payments: retries, keeping your access, and what happens if payment can't be collected.

Catalogs, templates and ads

  1. Publishing catalog ads with Connect Ads: inserting Hunch ads into your existing Meta campaigns and ad sets.

  2. Template collections: limits, artboards, syncing, product sets, and how collections appear in Meta.

  3. Claiming an existing Meta catalog: the recommended way to start, keeping your catalog's learning and performance.

  4. Video ads with CPV: how product videos are created, sent to Meta, and shown in ads.

  5. Why is syncing paused?: why syncing stops, what it means for your ads, and how to resume.

  6. Enriched feeds: one template across your whole catalog, on Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest and Reddit.

Who can subscribe

Hunch Light plans are available to businesses only, in countries where our payment provider, Stripe, can calculate tax. Prices are shown before VAT, and tax is calculated from your business's billing address. For prices, see catalogvideo.ai. See How Hunch Light pricing works for details.

The three rules to remember

Most billing questions come back to three simple rules.

You pay in advance, and you keep what you paid for. Hunch Light bills at the start of each billing period. If you turn something off or move to a smaller plan, you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Growing takes effect right away. If your catalog grows into a bigger bracket, the new bracket starts immediately and you're charged only the prorated difference for the days left in the period.

Shrinking takes effect at the next period. If your catalog gets smaller, your plan moves to the lower bracket automatically when your next billing period begins.
